Welcome

The Clare County Childcare Committee is committed to providing helpful, comprehensive and current best practice information on all forms of childcare within Clare. We provide an intrinsic support system which has been put in place to continue the underpinning of county wide local networks and support agencies dealing with all forms of childcare in the Mid-West Region. The staff aim to provide a comprehensive service that specialises in resourcing and providing information on all aspects of childcare.

The Guiding Principles: Underpinning the County Childcare Plan are the following principles:

  • The needs and rights of children.
  • Equal opportunities and equality of access and participation.
  • Diversity
  • Partnership
